The Commercial Court project is a fully integrated development executed by Engineering Circle General Contracting Company for Al-Shiddi Company. The project was designed and constructed to the highest standards, blending traditional elegance with modern architectural elements.
Scope of Work:
- Full concrete raft foundation across the building footprint
- Reinforced concrete walls for the basement
- Flat slab roof systems
- High-end architectural facade combining natural stone and glass
- Aluminum and glass works executed by Sakani Homes Factory
- Premium marble and porcelain flooring
- Ceramic tiling in restrooms
- Decorative gypsum ceilings
- Glass partitions exceeding 10,000 m², also executed by Sakani Homes Factory
- Plastic wall paints and refined decorative finishes
- Full HVAC systems across all floors
- Complete ducting installations
- Comprehensive electrical and mechanical systems, including auxiliary services

يُعد مشروع المحكمة التجارية من المشاريع المتكاملة التي نفذتها شركة دائرة الهندسة للمقاولات العامة لصالح شركة الشدي. تم تصميم وتنفيذ المشروع على أعلى مستوى من الجودة، وبمزيج يجمع بين الأصالة والحداثة في الشكل والمضمون.
